· At Kémyn we always put our customers’ satisfaction first and if anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations, then just return it to us unused, in re-saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging and we will immediately refund you.
· We are sorry but for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
· For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Kémyn will arrange for an exchange. Kémyn decision is final.
