· Ordering:
v All prices on our website are shown in GBP. We do not currently charge VAT.
v As you browse the website you can add any items by clicking "add to basket", you are not obliged to buy and items can be removed before payment is made.
v Once you are satisfied with your order proceed to the checkout.
· Making a Purchase
v We accept VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Amex.
v Your payment will be handled securely via Protx payment services
v The payment will be encrypted, meaning that your details are protected.
v Please don't send orders via email, as we cannot guarantee any secure transmission of details. If you are still worried about security over the Internet, then please contact us by phone.
v Kémyn must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, Kémyn will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.
v We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
v Kémyn reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

v Upon receipt and authorisation of your payment, the goods will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. However during holiday periods your order may take up to 14 days to arrive, you will be notified if this is the case.

v The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Kémyn, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
v These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Kémyn on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Kemyn will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
v We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
v Items are photographed and uploaded onto our website to as close to its original colours. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
v We aim to only display products on the website which are available for purchase. If an item has sold out, we will contact you to arrange a refund, a replacement item or to wait for the arrival of the re-stocked item.

· Returns
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable, you must inform us within 7 working days from receipt. We will then be happy to refund or exchange the goods, providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

· Delayed or lost deliveries
Royal Mail policy states that items are deemed lost on the 15th day after despatch. Therefore we are unable to investigate any 'lost deliveries' until after this date. Please contact us if you consider your order has been lost in the post and we will investigate this and work to resolve the matter with you, to a mutually satisfactory outcome.
· Cancellations and exchanges
If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions contained within our Return policy in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead. We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like.
· Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. Our representatives will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
· Disclaimer
Kémyn work to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.
